What Is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga therapy comes from yoga. As per different schools, there is a lot of health benefits in yoga and this has been taught in every yoga class. But most of the individuals want to achieve more than just general health benefits. They have issues like Frozen shoulder, Tennis elbow, Golf elbow, Sciatica, Piriformis syndrome, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Hamstring injuries, Patellar Bursitis, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Ankle Sprain, Plantar Fascitis, Menstruation problems, Menopause issues, Hypertension, Diabetes, Insomnia and many stress-related issues. Yoga therapy is a complementary therapy which works for major issues.
IT’S NOT JUST YOGA. It is about detoxifying, cleansing, strengthening, flexibility, weight bearing, wellness and specific steps of practices which are very different from general yoga practices. It has been proven in research and validated by scientific medical doctors, and it was published in Indexed International Medical Journals.

We have our in-house yoga therapists who perform the complementary therapy based on his/her expertise.
The duration of the Therapy is 60 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on client’s condition. We also teach these techniques in Yoga Therapy courses or workshop.
