My yoga practice began in 2006, I took a trial class of meditation because of my interest to the potentials of understanding our sub-conscious mind. Soon I found the notion of body, mind and spirit has an intimate relationship with yoga practice.So I started learning yoga enthusiastically for a year or two. Until 2016, I decided to re-align my work-life balance with most of my family duties accomplished; and believed that to pursuit teaching yoga would be a good option. Not only it is one of my favorite subjects for further study, it will also help to promote wellness to others.
My goal as a yoga teacher is to be inspirational to you, which could broader your understanding of yoga in this journey, no matter with what reason that brings you to start.
