TO BRING YOGIC PERSPECTIVE OF YOGA FOR HEALTH BENEFITS BY USING ITS RESTORATIVE FACTORS
When the body is lethargic, sluggish, and fatigue, then the practice with props works wonders.
When nervous system is relaxed, the mind and body would be calm, and emotions would be soothed. Asanas with props build up for emotional stability and will power. As stress is reduced, anxiety, fears, and depression also disappear; blood circulation increases, and the heart, as well as the respiratory, abdominal and pelvic organs are relaxed and rejuvenated. Asanas practiced with the help of bolsters, blocks, stools, or chairs help to relieve many common pain. Yoga with props frees you from attachment to the body and liberates the spirit. It allows you to experience a state of relaxation.” —by Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar
