Yin Yoga offers active and long-held asanas. Practicing Yin Yoga can help us to gain inner bliss, cultivates patience and access deeper layers of body connective tissues. With inner peace, one could start practicing meditation. The course mainly teaches how Yin Yoga can help to heal or restore joints, connective tissues, muscles and myofascial.

You can join at any time until finish 30 hrs (except Public Holiday)

Saturday 10:00-11:30
