Aerial Yoga uses antigravity theory and hammock to open up the body and perform inversion. It can enhance your asanas practice and help spinal problems. In these 30 hours, we are going to teach you the basic principles of practising aerial yoga, and the knowledge of how and why it helps. Moreover, students will learn how to teach, adjust, arrange lessons and the cautions as an Aerial Yoga Teacher.

Course Credit Details
For 200 hours Yoga Alliance certified teachers the credits of the course can be applied towards the 500 hours certification, and is eligible for 30 hours Continuing Education Units (CEU) with Yoga Alliance. Please note that CEU are required to maintain your status as a Registered Yoga Teacher.
Upon completion of the course and full payment, students will receive a Certificate of Completion evidencing their participation and attendance. In order to become a certified yoga teacher, students must also have completed a 200 hours Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher Training.
