The syllabus of Happiness Yoga Ayurveda Hong Kong’s yoga teacher training courses were designed to fullfil the requirements of Yoga Alliance and the needs of Hong Kong people. We understand that as a yoga teacher, you want to know the techniques on how to help your students achieving a correct posture and at the same time help them maintaining a healthy body.

To achieve this mission, we have included basic and advanced hatha postures, history of yoga, philosophy, anatomy, physiology, body system, mudra, pranayama, meditation, relaxation, teaching techniques, adjustment techniques, classroom setting, presentation and sequencing techniques in our training course so as to prepare you to become the best internationally recognized yoga teacher.

3. Anatomy and Physiology
1 Basic Introduction to Anatomy
2 Basic Introduction to Physiology
3 Energy Anatomy and Physiology

4. Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics for Yoga Teachers
1 Introduce of Patanjali Sutra
2 Application of Patanjali Sutra’s teachings on the Ethics of Yoga Teacher
3 Application of Patanjali Sutra’s teachings on the lifestyle of Yoga Teacher

5. Practicum
1 Lead instructor teaching practice
2 Students need to observe, assist, receive, provide feedback to other students when they are teaching

6. Non-Contact Hours (Exam, Presentation and Assignment)
1 After that Students will build up the confidence and competence to teach
